Original instance masters are not hidden by Forester, and left to renderer heuristics. Some renderers, like Arnold, do hide them.
Forester is not multi-threaded. As a result, the MultiCloner count upper limit is in the range of 1-1.5 million clones
Forester is not cross-platform. When rendering with Team Render, the render farm needs to contain either PC’s or Macs, but not a combination of both. Also opening a c4d file containing Forester elements on another operating system (from Windows to Mac and vice versa) might not always yield the same result.
